1. What products do you sell?

We offer a wide range of products across categories including Men’s, Women’s, Kids’ Fashion, Kitchen Essentials, Home Decor, Fitness Gear, and Smart Gadgets — all curated to deliver quality and value.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Online Payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available for select locations


3. How does COD order verification work?

For Cash on Delivery orders, we verify your order via call or WhatsApp. Only after successful verification is the order dispatched. Unverified COD orders may be canceled automatically.


4. When will I receive my order?

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping Time: 3–5 business days (after dispatch)
    Note: COD orders may face a 1–2 day delay due to verification. Delivery may also be affected by holidays or curfews.


5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can follow your shipment in real time through the courier partner’s tracking page.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation is not allowed. Frequent cancellations may result in your account being blocked.


7. What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 5 days of delivery.
⚠️ An unboxing video is mandatory for approval.
Once the return is approved and the product is received back in good condition, your refund will be processed within 7–15 working days.


8. Do you allow exchanges?

Yes. Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery with a valid unboxing video.
